I was a member of that church for nearly two decades... sigh. I wish I was a skeptic 20 years ago. Revival makes lots of 'amazing' claims, but of course with very little 'amazing' evidence, and they're great at making molehills into non-miraculous mountains. They think they're far more special than other churches, and far more deserving of 'healing miracles' because they demand that all members 'speaking in tongues' - This nonsense language is their Emperors New Clothes that gets their foot in the door of healing, so to speak.

We have a forum for people trying to escape that particular family of churches at revival.aimoo.com

Also I don't know if anyone told them yet but Baby Jesus can't answer any prayers because the fuckers been dead for around 2000 years. They are better off going to the hostipal. Stupid fuckers. Do you think that they deserve to die, or lose their keys, or cat called tiddles?

You see you are missing the point. Jesus was a racist bastard (the bible never tells of his parents marrying). He uses his power to save a white middle class person of a pretty annoying food allergy (which can be extremely non-fatal). Yet he allows all those overtly non-white devastatingly poor third world people to die from easily preventable diseases, -like starvation and drought and AIDS and parasite infestation and polio (Western science conspiracy as it is). Faith healers just need to be understood and if you give them enough money then they will go to Africa and heal all the sick little boys and girls by letting Jesus know of their plight. He is too busy finding missing cats and helping those to get 3 or more numbers on the lottery and to find their car keys. He is just too busy. Oh and he was a racist bastard as well.

I like how Jesus gets the credit whenever anything good happens, but it's not his fault when something bad happens for some reason.

Like the woman who got german measles, why didn't Jesus stop her getting measles in the first place? Or maybe he deliberately gave her the measles just to make her pray, cos Jesus is a narcissist who needs people to pray to him constantly.

Also, what happens if two different people both pray for mutually exclusive outcomes? Which prayer does he answer?

Does the revival fellowship actually make money from this or are they just non-profit evangelist types?
