Caption Competition #5

Last week we showed you this picture and asked you to come up with a caption for it. Because, you know, it’s a caption competition. After hours and hours – alright, minutes – of laborious and painstaking thought we at MSS HQ finally agreed upon a winner in the form of this simple yet elegant entry:

Colin: Duuuude.

Mike: Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuude.

Thanks to Lene Taylor for that one.

This week’s picture comes courtesy of Hayley Stevens of the Righteous Indignation podcast. You may need to look closely at this one.

What should be the caption for the picture below?

I should point out it is NOT ME in the photo, I took the photo.
I’m not like Mike, I don’t dress up as cybermen.

Shy closet cyber-dresser spotted in the UK. Cyberman-dressing-denialist Hayley Stevens states “I don’t dress up as cybermen”. You decide.

(Que Monty Python pepper-pot voiceover) Ooh! Mage, check out our new neighbors. Do you think it’s a real alien invasion or are they shooting a new end to “The Moonbase” episode?

The lady doth protest too much, methinks.

“If those f&cking Urban Fox Hunters come back, I’m going to go Cyber on their asses!”

Censored for those of us of a nervous disposition…

Residents of a leafy suburb blew Salman Rushdie’s secret cover when he was exposed as a peeping Tom.

Lard should win. I could not tell you how many of those emails I got, but failing that.

Cyberman caught stimulating clematis, near school.

  12. #12 by Hayley on August 28, 2010 - 19:53

Bob! How did you know this was taken near a school?!

  13. #13 by Peter on August 30, 2010 - 18:06

The cyberman was spooked by a strange noise, fortunately it turned out to be someone hiding in the bushes with keys and piano wire.

    @ Hayley

I wouldnt be much of an investigator, if I didn’t know the source of my information, right?

Also, “everywhere is near a school”. Remember, alleged psychics always claim something is “near water”, it is the exact same principle.
