    I think the astrologer’s proposed “suicide” test would be too biased to using the Texas Sharpshooter Fallacy. A fairer test would involve presenting the astrologer with the birth time & place of a group of individuals. The astrologer would not know how many people in the group had committed suicide. The astrologer would have to show they could, with statistical significance; determine who the individuals were that had committed suicide and who had not.

    I find it interesting that he never bothered to mention a probable mechanism for astrology. He seems to be quite invested in his particular belief with not much in the way of evidence to support it. Seems to be based largely on confirmation bias.
